Do I need a Pre-Purchase Inspection?

Yes, don't believe that not completing an inspection will speed up the buying process because it is essential for just some of the following key reasons.

  • Checks for structural issues
  • Allows you to budget for any repairs
  • Identifies unsafe areas of the home
  • Checks the home and any other structures that may be on the property e.g. car ports and sheds/

Who will conduct the Inspections?

All our inspectors are suitably qualified in their field. With over 30 years of combined building and inspection experience, they have the knowledge and the know-how to provide you with an informed analysis of the property’s structure and integrity. Our team is fully insured.

What is the process?

Once you have made a booking TurnKey Property Inspections will liaise with your agent and/or solicitor, to arrange a suitable time to access the property. Our inspector will then conduct a thorough property inspection.

How long does the inspection take?

Each property is different it depends on the size and condition but usually anywhere from 1 – 2 hours.

How long does it take to get reports?

Once inspected, your report will be processed and emailed to you within 24-48 hours.

How do we get our report?

All reports are emailed as a PDF.

Do you give the report to anyone else?

No! You are OUR client and the findings of the inspection are between you and the inspector. TurnKey Property Inspections does not advise or forward the report onto any other third party.

Can we attend the inspection?

Yes. At TurnKey Property Inspections we encourage and recommend that you do attend the inspection so that any major defects or faults can be discussed with you onsite.
