Joseph Bechara | Director
Joseph Bechara has over 12 years experience preparing inspection reports. This includes work on building sites in both working and supervising capacities. His qualifications include:
- Diploma in Building and Construction
- Bachelor of Environmental Planning
Joseph works with strata managers and owners to ensure that reports are concise, easy to read, and provide owners with a clear action plan. Where applicable, reports lay out upcoming expenses and hazards which may pose a threat to the health and safety of owners and visitors to the property. Joseph prides himself of building rapport with property owners and managers, and working in a timely and efficient manner.
